Since the 18th century Quinta da Cancela belongs to the same family. The present owners have made the recovery of this space an exercise of memory, meeting the traces of time with calm, detail, taste and passion. The intervention highlights the predominance of the traditional constructive techniques, carried out by the builder and the respect for the customs and traditions of the house of Cancela, resulting in an environment integrated in the surroundings, discreet and welcoming. It is located in the parish of Balugães,15 km from Barcelos with a mandatory passage on the Portuguese Way of Santiago.
It comprises a group of three accommodations: Casa do Lagar with 3 bedrooms, Casa da Eira and Casa da Quinta with 2 bedrooms.
