Description / Facilities

Quinta da Bouça – Agritourism, in Paços de Gaiolo, is a family project that had its start in 2012, with a guest house. Now, we offer
by FlexibleShopper" href="#33422318"> accommodation in 4 different houses, with a total of 5 bedrooms. Ourselves, the owners, enjoy Quinta da Bouça’s exceptional space throughout the year – part of the family chose to live in Paços de Gaiolo and another part comes here whenever they can.
After acquiring the property, and all of the inherent maintenance on the 16 hectares of orchards and woods, we wanted to restore the ruined dwellings to bring new guests and friends to Quinta da Bouça. It makes us very happy to provide them the opportunity to take refuge in a lovely place, experiecing the country life …
Senior to junior, in addition to school and professional commitment, all 3 generations in the family are fully involved in the activities of the farm. We have a valuable team of experienced local employees for agricultural work.It is with joy that we all see the guests arrive, settle in the houses, harvest the vegetables from the garden and fruit trees, help pick up pine cones, stroll or jog by our trails and enjoy our modest but much appreciated “Vinho Verde” (green wine). We believe that those who choose to visit this area of the Douro, near the mountains of Montedeiras (Marco de Canaveses), Montemuro (Cinfães) and Aboboreira (Baião), come not only for the particular landscape, as for the pure air, the history, the wildlife, come also for a special occasion or a simple getaway.

At Quinta da Bouça in Paços de Gaiolo, you’ll find all this – a true vacation await you.
