Casa da Bormela- Casa de Campo

Mondim de Basto
Description / Facilities
Casa de Bormela is a manor house built in the XVII century by a Honorable Canon from Celorico de Basto. The house was abandoned more than 100 years until the actual owners bought it 20 years ago.

The house of Bomela offers to the guests three double rooms. On the ground floor there is an interior courtyard, a living room, a swimming pool and three bedrooms with twin or double beds, each with its own bathroom.

There is a identity in this place. We don't want to be just another house of rural tourism like many others, but to offer a combination of tradition, history and beauty.

Breakfasts are served in the dining room or by the balcony over the garden. We serve prearrange dinners. We have a small garden of herbs that can be served with meals if desired, smelling the greens freshly caught. All products are from the region. The orange juice is made with fruit from our trees.

We provide a high level of personal attention and excellence in our services to give you an unforgettable experience. We offer space, privacy, harmony, personalized service and the oportunity to commune with the breath-take beauty of nature.

The door of our house is open to receive people from various corners of the world in a family atmospghere.

An experience of wellbeing!
