Since 1976 the family Gonçalves offer its guests the best delicacies of the region: “rojões de ressô”, ”papas de sarrabulho”, “pataniscas de bacalhau”(fried codfish coated in batter), wine garlic marinade, pork fillets and other delicacies. Its specialties are the Duck Rice, the Tripe and “Rojões com Batata Alourada” (fried pork with browned potato).
