Designed by architect Siza Vieira, this infrastructure is a multifunctional space. The building is fully air-conditioned and insulated thermally and acoustically presents an architecture that makes the difference, enriching the urban plan of the municipality. It is designed with four stands, one of which is removable to permit mounting stage for concerts and various performances.
