Description
Manor House with crenellated tower founded in the XII century by Mem Moniz Ribadouro. The residence features a body built in U plant integrating in the center the crenellated tower rebuilt between the XV and XVI centuries, of quadrangular plant divided in two floors and topped by Manueline merlons. On the top floor of the tower stands out a Manueline window lintel, on which there is a small cord that surrounds the building and from where four gargoyles in cannon shaped are overhanged. On the perimeter of Honor there are still the Menino Deus chapel, from the XVII century, the old Town Hall, the jail and the pinnacle pillory, symbol of their autonomy and their own jurisdiction. It is a Public Interest Propertty.
