The mills are deeply associated with the experience and way of life of our population and constitute one of the most traditional and common architecture of Alto Minho region. The Núcleo Interpretativo dos Moinhos da Gávea (Gávea Mills Interpretative Center) is distributed by five mills. It has the function to let one know all the corn milling process, from the miller day by day until the different systems of milling finishing in the rotation mills.
