Located within the urban perimeter of the municipality, this bathing area is highly sought as a playground. Nice area, located along the course of the “Vez” River, offering an extensive beach gifted with calm and clean waters, and a grassy and wooded area, creating excellent shadows areas of pure enjoyment. They have several supporting infrastructure, such as toilets, surveillance and a bar with terrace; during July and August there is a structure cultural nature, entitled “River Library”, a space designed to bring people to the books while reading during the bathing season.
Beach of “Valeta” has excellent water quality classification and is therefore bathing friendly; it is regularly monitored by the Health Authority.
