The footpath starts in the Núcleo Museológico da Panificação, in Ponte Ferreira, and extends for about 3 km. It follows part of the irrigation canal, from which stands the Ponte dos Arcos and the Aqueduct that allowed the water of the river Ferreira being moved from one bank to the other. Along this footpath there are other points of interest to visit, such as the Ferreira Bridge, Portagem House and Alminhas (souls in purgatory), Terra Feira Bridge and the Main Church, among others.
