It is a rustic house where Dr. Manuel Luciano da Silva was born. It was built over a hundred years ago, keeping the original furniture, kitchen utensils and farming tools. It is now enriched with university degrees, commendations and photographs that reveal his way of living.
The Interpretation Center is dedicated to the Portuguese navigator Cristovão Colombo, exhibiting a wide bibliographic collection, as well as objects related with his origins, life and achievements and numerous historical replicas.
