The cromelech of São Cristóvão, is part of the megalithic site located on the plateau of São Cristóvão, in the Montemuro Mountains, classified as a monument of public interest and a place of great scenic beauty.

It consists of a cromelech with about 40 monoliths, which is an important evidence of the prehistoric period, and also an important source for the study of the Neolithic societies that populated the region.
