Casa de Toiande (Manor House) and Gardens

Celorico de Basto
Description
The Manor House of Toiande, in the parish of Arnoia, presents a characteristic architecture of the 18th century and possesses one of the most looked-after gardens with camellias which are typical of Celorico de Basto. In its coat of arms are the weapons of the Ribeiros, speculating that it may be associated to João Pinto Ribeiro, one of the conspirators of 1640.
