In March 2017, “Theatro” was born in Póvoa de Varzim.
A multifaceted space, which combines bookstore, restaurant, wine bar and art gallery and gathers several passions and pleasures.
The “Theatro” was the result of the rehabilitation of an Art Nouveau building - the first cinematograph of Póvoa de Varzim - and it covers four distinct but merging spaces, for a unique experience: on the ground floor, the restaurant and the conservatory; on the upper floor, the wine-bar and the chef's room, all surrounded by the bookstore, which is developed by several walls.
